THE MAGIC OF THE NUMBER FOUR, THE UNIFIED WILL, EMPOWERED BY SURRENDER TO WISDOM.

Everything that can be visualised can be created. - This would be my version of geo-engineering. There is this vision in my mind for the time after the exodus of the pirate-minds of robbers and thieves, when the earth is populated by masters, and masters only, the ones who successfully and permanently resist the temptation to put themselves above others, the ones who have proven to themselves that they are incorruptible:
We can move this earth, create the Garden of Eden, that has never yet existed due to the fast-track ambitions of the pirates. We can count on the cooperation of the elemental forces and mold and shape this planet in an harmonious and gentle manner, no violent earthquakes, no storms or floods, but rain, where it is needed, springs where they are beneficial. Fertile soil live and thriving, birds planting seeds for us, animals cooperating in the tending of the crops, no more destruction, no pests, no plagues, no competition, but sharing only.

I believe there are enough people on this planet right now, who are ready for this. We have sufficient genetic diversity to make it work. We do not need the genes of the robbers. We can very well thrive and multiply on our own.
